A researcher's made questionnaire measured financial stress and dropping out intention using Likert-scale items was administered the school with proper approvals. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation. Findings showed a significant positive relationship between financial stress and dropping out intention.Study concludes that financial stress significantly influences college students’ intention to drop out, with higher stress levels increasing the likelihood of leaving school.
