Abstract
This study is targeted practical research on the increase of force majeure in international trade practice after the outbreak of COVID-19. Applicable Logic of force majeure and legal practice of force majeure proof are analyzed, and advice and suggestions is proposed. The aim is to provide intellectual support to solve problems for all kinds of subjects who encounter force majeure events in current international trade.
