Resiliency in the New Normal of the Teachers in the Senior Years
This study determined resiliency in the new normal of the teachers in the senior years, for S.Y 2020-2021. The participants of the study were 10 senior citizen teachers of Matnog, Sorsogon. Descriptive qualitative method was utilized as research design of the study. Under this method, responses were gathered from the in-depth interview dealing with the senior citizen’s resiliency in the new normal. This method was chosen to gather the challenges and coping mechanisms of senior citizen teachers in terms of email management, online research, social media management, online collaboration, and data management.
