Abstract
Paradigm shift from traditional to online form of learning is necessary to continue the delivery of quality education to the students. The experiences of a local university in the National Capital Region- a locale which is one of the hardest-hit areas of the COVID-19 Pandemic in the Philippines, reveal how online learning is regarded by teachers in general, as a great difficulty in carrying out responsibilities on issues such as logistical limits imposed on by restricted resources, a larger workload, and anxiety over the quality of online education.
Keywords: covid-19, local university, higher education, traditional, national capital region.
